Yes, Windows 7 Operating System runs in Apple iPad via Citrix.
But not directly installed in the iPad, Windows 7 running on the iPad SDK simulator, thanks to Citrix Receiver and XenDesktop 4—running meaning that it’s executed on a server and remotely displayed on the iPad at full resolution.
So Windows 7 is not running on Apple iPad, It just shows/manage remotely installed Windows 7 Desktop through remote desktop using Citrix iPad SDK simulator.
Apple iPad is good for cloud computing systems with full HD resolution.
